Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the amount of your order, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Orders over $25.00 receive Free shipping.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returning HairVenturet.com purchases

If you aren’t satisfied with a HairVenture.com purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges). Product must be in its original packaging and unused.
By Mail

Pack items safely and securely for shipping and include the packing slip (and make a copy for your records). Affix the RETURN shipping label provided and send the package via a traceable and insurable method.
Please note: Exchanges are not available by mail. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer.

In Store
To return an item you purchased on HairVenture.com to our store, simply bring the item in its original packaging plus the original receipt or an invoice to our store. The credit card used to purchase the merchandise is necessary as well so that your return can be credited to the same card (minus the cost of shipping and gift wrapping). If you do not have the same credit card that you used to make your HairVenture.com purchase, you’ll receive a merchandise return card for the appropriate amount. The merchandise return card can be used for future in-store purchases. Merchandise cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
